Terms and Conditions:

The key fob is registered to the Brighton Knoll homeowner only.
The fob can only be used by residents of Brighton Knoll and under NO circumstance will anyone else be allowed to use it.
Guests will be allowed use of the community pool only when accompanied by a resident of Brighton Knoll.
The key fob will grant use of the community pool during open hours.
If the key fob is lost there will be a $25.00 replacement fee.
If your community assessment is more than 30 days past due, it will result in the key fob being disabled.
Use the community pool in a safe manner and follow all the pool rules.
Failure to follow these rules will result in the key fob being disabled.
