  • Time Off Request Regulations

    The employee should make a vacation request at least two weeks before this desired vacation period. For this reason, the employee should submit this Vacation Request Form at least two weeks before the desired vacation period.
    The vacation schedules should be arranged with the employee's supervisor.
    A reminder that employees may not postpone work previously due and is responsible for all work-related projects and timelines surrounding time-off period.
