VENDOR INFORMATION- PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION
**It's Christmas will be held at the Arlington Convention Center this year**
-Registration is now open to ALL vendors! Fees include 1- 10x10 space, 1 table, 2 chairs and 2 wristbands for $250
It typically takes us about 24 hours to approve applications. Once approved you will be notified and an invoice will be emailed to you. You will have 48 hours to make payment. If payment is NOT made your invoice will be cancelled. If an invoice has to be resent there is a $10 fee for sending duplicate invoices.
Vendor Details:
1. Each vendor must provided 1 item ($10 minimum value) for the drawings and giveaways. You must turn your item in BEFORE you set up your booth.
2. All vendors MUST decorate in holiday theme at ALL Christmas events. NO EXCEPTION!!
3. The ONLY food vendors allowed are those selling prepackaged items that are to be consumed OFF SITE. All FOOD VENDORS make sure to contact the local health dept. to get your temporary health permit at least 15 DAYS BEFORE the event. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
4. **NO CONCESSION VENDORS** Concessions will be provided by the vendor that is under contract with the City of Arlington
5. There are no alternate dates due to weather.
6. Our invoice system accepts debit/credit cards payments. *NO CHECKS OR PAYPAL*
7. Electric and Wi-Fi is an additional fee. If you do not pay for electric or Wi-Fi it will not be available. (Unless stated otherwise) All fees for electric are billed and charged by the city of Arlington. I C Events has nothing to do with that. Let us know your electrical needs and we will get pricing for you.
8. Vendor set up info will be available on our website at least 7 days before the event under VENDOR INFO. An email will be sent out reminding vendors where to find set up info.
9. This is a 2 day event. You will get your booth space at check-in. Check in and set up time is the morning of the event from 6a-855a. Make sure you can set up in the time allotted.
10. Event times are Sat. Nov 13th 9a-4p & Sun. Nov 14th 10a-4p
11. There is a $5 admission for adults and kids 12 and under are FREE at this event. Each vendor will receive 2 wristbands for entry at check in. If additional wristbands are needed they are $5 ea
12. Parking is $5 charged by the City of Arlington. (As of May 13, 2021)
13. Vendor booths are 10x10 make sure your ENTIRE set up can fit inside your booth. If it can not, please purchase an additional booth at a $25 discount.
14. You may leave your booth set up overnight but I C Events takes no responsibilty for any damage or theft of your property/merchandise.
15. No trailers or trailer boutiques are allowed at this event.
