We are looking to hire full-time team members who want to work full-time or substantial hours, who have some flexibility in their schedule, and who can work some weekend days.

Part-time: We are also looking for part-time team members who can work a minimum of two shifts per week, and are able to work weekday evenings and weekends.

Our Sales Associates participate in all aspects of Style Encore, our fast-paced women's and men’s retail resale business, including but not limited to selling, merchandising, social media marketing, buying, and pricing. Sales Associates are expected to provide a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner during all aspects of their store experience. sales Associates assist store management in daily store operations, including processing used merchandise, maintaining the sales floor and backstock area, and maintaining the store facilities in a clean and organized manner.   Sales Associates must be reliable and responsible team players. They must work with urgency in a quick and efficient manner. Those who are eager and capable of learning new skills and gaining greater responsibilities, there are opportunities to become a buyer, a shift lead, or a member of the leadership team.
