1. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is F45 Tauranga.
ELIGIBILITY
3. Subject to clause 4, entry is open to any person who, as at the time of entry, is 18 years of age or older.
4. Employees of F45 Tauranga and any agency associated with the Promotion, and the immediate families of such employees, are ineligible to enter.
ENTRY
5. Entry opens on 17 May 2021 at and closes midnight 31st May 2021 (the Entry Period). No entries will be accepted outside of the Entry Period.
6. To enter, tag a friend on the competition post and make sure you are following the F45 Tauranga on Instagram or Facebook (depending on which platform you entered on.) The competition is held on both platforms and our software will choose one winner at random from either social media platform.
PRIZES
7. Prize consists of:
- $1000 Air New Zealand Credit
- 1 x entry into the F45 Tauranga 45 Day Challenge Starting 7 June 2021.
The winner will be responsible for all other expenses related to the prize.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and is redeemable on Air New Zealand services only
In the event of any Covid-19 related border closures, quarantines or events it will be the prize winner's responsibility to cover any additional costs that may incur.
The winner is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents and visas and for complying with all country entry/transit requirements.
If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The prize includes GST and taxes included in the price.
Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person unless agreed to by the Promoter.
If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter(s) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, at any time without prior notice. Where it is practical for it to do so, the Promoter(s) will notify entrants of such changes on the Instagram post.
8. The draw will take place on 1 June 2021.
9. Winner will be notified via Instagram or Facebook by F45 Tauranga.
10. Winner will have 48 hours to accept the prize before we draw a different winner.
11. Winner will be chosen at random using online software.
PRIVACY
12. Information from all entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing entries, contacting the prize winner and otherwise conducting this Promotion) and for publicity purposes surrounding this Promotion. By entering this Promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described. Entrants may access and/or change their data by contacting tauranga.admin@f45training.co.nz.
