XTD Travel Quote Policy:

XTD Travel Club specializes in creating curated custom trips. Thus the amount of time required to complete the required research varies based on the type of quote being requested and locale. For this reason, XTD will provide a preliminary quote based on a maximum of 2 hours of research. And We will provide 2 high-level travel event/ trip proposals FREE of charge.

For an extensive travel quote proposal which would include up to 3 travel event/trip proposals and 6 hrs of research, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE research fee of $150. And this quote fee must be paid at the time the quote is requested. There Are No Exceptions.
