XTD Travel is a Group ONLY Travel Company. We do NOT offer individual travel booking request services.

Thus, you MUST have a minimum of 10 rooms in your group for Caribbean and US quote requests OR 10 people for International destination group quote requests (i.e. Europe, Dubai, etc).
NEW XTD TRAVEL QUOTE FEE REQUEST DISCLOSURE

Effective January 1, 2024

Here at XTD Travel, we strive to create your dream vacations with unparalleled precision and care. This requires that we spend considerable time in our travel lab, reviewing and matching vacation options to your desired vacation preferences. As such, to ensure that we are able to continue to offer our unparalleled custom curated travel experiences to our clients, , we would like to inform you of our NEW new client quote request fee and policy. This policy is effective January 1, 2024.

Kindly be aware that this quote request fee and policy applies exclusively to NEW clients of XTD Travel. Our goal is to ensure transparency and fairness in our pricing while providing you with exceptional travel planning services.

Quote Request Fee Policy:

There will be a $150 quote request fee that is due and payable from all new XTD Clients. A "new client" is defined as anyone that has never traveled with XTD Travel before. The quote request fee is due after the completion of the quote discovery call, should you decide to to proceed with our services to obtain a travel quote. This fee entitles you to receive up to three (3) customized vacation quote options, tailored to your preferences and needs.

Please note, any additional quote requests beyond the initial three will incur a cost of $50 per quote. It is important to understand that this fee must be paid prior to the provision of any travel quotes. This ensures that our team dedicates the right amount of attention and resources to craft the perfect travel options for you.

XTD Travel Quote Policy:

XTD Travel specializes in creating curated custom trips. Thus the amount of time required to complete the required research varies based on the type of quote being requested and locale. For this reason, XTD will provide a preliminary quote based on a maximum of 2 hours of research. And We will provide 2 high-level travel event/ trip proposals FREE of charge.

For an extensive travel quote proposal which would include up to 3 travel event/trip proposals and 6 hrs of research, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE research fee of $150. And this quote fee must be paid at the time the quote is requested. There Are No Exceptions.
