Girl Scouts can request Cookie Credits for approved Girl Scout activities. Each girl must submit this form to the council headquarters to initiate the disbursement of funds. Cookie Credits may only be used by the girl who earned them.
Please allow up to four weeks for distribution of funds. All Cookie Credit requests will be paid out to the troop/service unit via check.
*The minimum amount of cookie credits that may be requested is 25.00.
*NOTE: Cookie Credits are not transferable and can ONLY be used by the girl who earned them.
The Cookie Credits Redemption form states, the following are approved activities:
• GSUSA Destinations
• Girl Scout Camp: To request funds for camp include the name of session and date(s), and link to the camp in submission. Monies paid in full for the session cannot be reimbursed. We suggest paying the deposit. Requested funds are mailed directly to the council hosting the camp. Allow 4 weeks for approval and processing.
• Membership Renewal: Girl must have $45 in saved cookie credits in order to request processing by council. (No split tender transactions can be processed).
• Council Sponsored Programs: request must be the exact dollar amount of cookie credits to be applied as the exact cost of the program fee.
• Highest Awards Expenses: Must submit all receipts at one time in the same submission request.
• Cookie credits can be used for troop trip travel or for service unit events but must be submitted by troop leadership via the form link located in the Cookie Credits Redemption form.
