Luxe Color Lounge is following enhanced procedures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) including but not limited to:
-All clients and staff must wear a mask during the duration of the service or service will be denied (until mask mandate is lifted or otherwise stated)
- The salon will operate at 75% capacity
-We discourage guests accompanying scheduled customers
-Each client is required to sanitize upon arrival and before departure and their temperature is taken
-All equipment used during treatment will be cleaned, sterilized, and disinfected between each guest
-All surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned with CDC grade disinfectant before and after each client, according to the manufacturer’s directions.
By signing below, I hereby release and agree to hold Luxe Color Lounge harmless from and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and compensation for damages or loss to myself or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Luxe Color Lounge as it pertains to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) from today forward. I agree to release Luxe Color Lounge from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Luxe Color Lounge agrees to abide by these standards and affirms the same.
By signing below, I also agree to the following policies:
Luxe asks for at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment whenever possible.
After 2 appointments being cancelled after a 24 hour window of time, we require a deposit of 50% for your next appointment that will be used toward the service at the time of appointment.
If no-call/no-show, we require a credit card on file to book your next appointment and require a 50% deposit to be used toward your next service prior to booking. We also reserve the right to suspend clients online booking option with more than one no show.
