      I do NOT offer coloring/salon services on Fridays & Saturdays. I CAN do bridal/formal hair on site, but that's the only thing available on the weekends. *** Also 4:30pm appointments are becoming slim to none on availability and depending on how long your hair will take I try to leave the salon by 6:30, so my last appointment start time will reflect me leaving by 6:30ish to be home to put my daughter to bed***

    • WITH ANY CHEMICAL SERVICE, THERE ARE RISKS INVOLVED

       

      • Genetics, medications, hormones, cigarettes (other) and your overall health, COVID-19

      All of the above play a role in contributing to your bodies chemical make up, including your hair. Everyones hair reacts differently to chemicals (bleach and color). What may work for one person, may not work well for you due to the differences in how your body is built to react to these items.

       

      • Previous chemical services / professional or at home

      Whether lightened or darkened by a box or professional, permed or relaxed, all of these services present their own risk. Even if a color is faded, it is still present in your hair until it is entirely cut off. Removing these chemicals from your hair can cause damage. 

       

      • Well water, hard water, copper pipes, heat reactions, and at home product hair care, hot styling tools

      Mineral deposits from water and pipes can build up on your hair and cause a reaction with hydrogen peroxide, powder lighteners, color removers, and oxidative color. The reactions are unpredictable and can happen after multiple times of using the same product. It is unsure how the deposited chemicals are going to react, and many do not even know they have build up on their hair before hand. Using the exact same products for years, then one day having a chemical reaction is similar to developing an allergy to something we have been already using our entire lives. Also, previously using drugstore products that deposit silicones and waxes into your hair can be drying and damaging after a chemical service is performed. 

       

      There is NO GUARANTEE when performing a chemical service.

       

      I do my absolute BEST to proceed with caution when performing chemical services. Healthy hair and honest communication are my number one priorities. I would not be doing my job if I did not present these risks to you ahead of time. The more I do your hair, and become familiar with your hairs texture + learning your hairs history, I will be able to make better predictions on understanding your hair for achieving future goals.

      I can not be held liable if your hair has a bad reaction to the chemical service provided.

    • At Home Care 
    • Your hair is an investment and I want it to last as long as possible. The importance of home care is often overlooked, but is essential when recreating your style, as well as maintaining and protecting your color/extensions. The products and procedures that best suit your hairs cut/style/color/extensions will be shown and recommended to you during your appointment. I can only guarantee my color/extensions services when proper at home care is followed and accompanied by professional shampoo and conditioners. A failure to follow at home care can result in color fading, damage, and reduce the life of the color/extensions. Therefore I am not liable for your choices if proper home care is not followed.

    • Cancellation/No Show Policy 
    • I understand emergencies sometimes come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request the respect of both my time and the time of others by providing a minimum 48 hour notice of any changes. Failure to provide sufficent notice may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service that must be paid prior to making a new appointment. This is nonrefundable.

      If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 mins or more to your scheduled appointment, please contact me ASAP. Anything beyond 15 mins may be considered a no show and subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled appoinment. I work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accomodating late guests if often impossible without disrupting other appointments scheduled for that day. Please be aware that if you are 15+ mins late, I cannot guarantee that your services will be performed in full or that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment to a new day, subject to a no-show fee, or depending on the service a lesser service may be provided in its place.

      If you NO SHOW your appointment - you are responsible for paying 100% of the service fee that was scheduled to be performed. 

      Cancelling / No showing multiple appointments will result in client termination and they will no longer be able to book with me again.

      (no showing = not communicating to me that you plan on not showing up to your scheduled appointment, or forgetting about your appointment and not showing up still counts)
