Balance and disequilibrium has a significant impact on the health of the client and the family. The following is a questionnaire that may assist to qualify the source of the concerns.With this Balance test we will evaluate various aspect of control like; anticipatory and reactive postural control, sensory orientation apart of static and dynamic balance.Your answers will be tallied and a score will be calculated.

    The results are tabulated as a percentage. Modified Balance Evaluation Score (MBES) with values greater than 80% is considered normal. Please see your medical practitioner or Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapist if the MBES is less than 80%.
