    We are well aware that most people like to book their own travel online.

    We don’t dispute that, however, a lot of situations can bring about frustration if you're unable to communicate with a live person to resolve their issues of trip rescheduling and cancellations. Most people ended up loosing lots of money.

    Also, there are a lot of confusing pricing issues, where one price is posted and you end up paying almost double the price in the end. This can be frustrating and overwhelming. Why not leave it to the experts!!! In-Style Travel LLC. Will do the work to create a luxury and memorable customized vacation package for you and your loved ones. That been said, In-Style Travel will only work with serious clients and vacationers. Time is money. 


    A $99 Research and Administrative Fee is required to get started. This non-refundable amount is not applied to your trip, it is paid directly to In-Style Travel LLC.  The $99 Research Fee is per family, couple or person.  For a Group trip of 8 or more contact us amandagoring@instyletravelllc.com.

    Booking Fee is valid up to 2 package quotes for one location.  We will make sure you are happy or satisfied with at least one option of your choice.

    Keep in mind that once your research and the work has been done, we can tweak, add or remove whatever is needed in order to customize your dream vacation to your liking and perfection.

    Our Specialty services with a touch of our expertise include but are not limited to:

    • Email/Text message alerts and/or updates
    • Booking reservations for travel, hotels, and rental cars, cruises, private yacht and renting private jets, limousine.
    • Informing clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents such as passports and/or visas
    • Making alternate booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip


    To Submit a travel request:

    1. Complete inquiry form that’s provided on our page
    2. We will get in touch with you with a phone call or zoom preference to discuss your vacation package
    3. NOW It’s time to relax!!! IN-STYLE TRAVEL doses the rest!!!
    4. Prior to booking and deposits made
    5. No price is guaranteed until deposit is made
    6. You will receive your quote within 7-10 business days of receiving inquiry and research fee payment
    7. We accept all forms of payments with the exceptions of checks and cash. A credit authorization form will be sent to you via email for trip payments
    8. After receiving your quote, and you do not wish to proceed or you want further customization, please reach out to us let us know.

    After Booking has been made:

    1. Travel insurance is non-refundable & is added to the deposit.
    2. If you have a roommate, your deposit will not be processed until they submit their deposit as well.
    3. All bookings will always be sent via email unless otherwise requested.
    4. Hotel is fully refundable up until 24 hours before your stay. Please keep us informed if anything comes up and rescheduling has to happen.

    5. Concierge fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    CANCELLATION FEES will be Calculated as follows:

    1. No less than 45 days prior to schedule departure date: 10% of the full payment per person

    2. 45 to 15 days prior to scheduled departure date: 20% of the full payment per person

    3. 14 to 7 days prior to scheduled departure date: 50% of the full payment per person

    4) 6 to 0 days prior to scheduled departure date: 100% of the full payment per person

    In the case of a cancellation due to medical reasons, we require a medical certificate.


    With this, we will provide a credit note of a value of 50% of the booking for the guest.


    This credit note is valid for another departure for one year from the cancellation date.


    This credit note will not be issued for departures during Peak Season.
    After the trip commence, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services (may include but not limit to hotels, air or train tickets, meals, admission fees) due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.


    Also, we will refund to the account (Credit Card or Pay Pal or Bank Wire Transfer/ ACH) which customer paid to us from the beginning unless otherwise specified. We and our customer take upon corresponding transaction costs incurred here into.

This is because airlines and other travel suppliers may change their prices due to factors such as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, and fees.
