AHM Event Funding Application
Appalachian Hospitality Management, Inc. operates six hotels in Boone, NC. We have a total of 497 rooms. We sell approximately 100,000 room nights per year to approximately 160,000 individual guests. We have single meeting space available for up to 230 attendees and multiple locations for up to 350. We are now taking applications for event sponsorship and funding for the calendar year 2013. Funding is available for proposed or new events. We are especially interested in funding athletic competitions, festivals, and indoor events that utilize the Convocation Center, or our meeting space, and car/motorcycle events and gatherings, also, events that are to be held at the Fairgrounds are welcomed and encouraged. We work closely with the Fairground to help coordinate needs and dates. We have over $200,000.00 available for qualifying recipients.

We must be the exclusive lodging provider represented by your event and be promoted in all of your advertising and on any web page or social media outlet
We will promote your event to our capability, based on your wishes, as we are allowed to by our Franchisors. Printed material will be provided by you.
You will be assigned a single point of contact for your event. This staff member will be available to you 24/7 during the event itself.
Meeting space will be available for your event at a nominal fee, and catering is available from one of several of our marketing partners.
Our calendar year event rates will be our regular rate less 10%.
