Payment Policy

Each homework club member is required to make payment at least 24 hours before attendance to reserve your spot. Parents are also encouraged to pay in full weekly or monthly to reserve spots. This is to ensure that we’re not overbooked and that we make the right arrangements for all members.

Membership Rules
1. Homework Club Membership is available to children ages 2-15 years of age or older with a membership fee of GHS50 per child renewable each year.

2. You promise to pay all fees for the services provided via cash, bank transfer or MOMO at least 48 hrs to start of class.

3. Child will be dropped off and picked up at the specified times; and that failure to do so will either render it impossible for homework to be completed or attract an extra charge of GHS40

4. You promise to ensure that you adhere to all health and safety protocols at the school.
