You are invited to apply to showcase and sell your work at the Arlington Comic Festival.
Arlington Comic Festival is a two day indoor & outdoor comic, sci-fi, anime and fantasy festival held April 15-16, 2023, at the Bob Duncan Center in Arlington, Texas.
Arlington Comic Fest brings comic fans of all genres together for this one event.
In addition to the quality art, attendees will also see and buy from vendors selling everything from comics, collectibles, games, toys and more!
What would a comic fest be without Cosplay? We highly encourage all our attendees to dress the part and make ACF a true fan fest!
2022~2023 Important Dates to Remember
September 7, 2022: Call to Artists - artist application is available.
Arlington Comic Fest will be accepting applications until all booth spaces are sold out.
Only accepted artists, authors and creators will be notified by email. Check spam folder to make sure notification is not in there. All booth spaces are sold on a first come first pay basis until sold out.
March 2, 2023: Deadline to request refund.
Moya Art Events Booth Fee Refund Policy: With documented reasons for cancellation, MAE will offer refunds starting after the first day of booth purchase and up to 45 days prior to the opening day of the festival. Refunds are issued by check and will be mailed to the artist's address provided on JotForm application .
All refund requests must be submitted by email to steve@moyaartevents.com with a brief explanation for cancelation. Full refund of booth fee less $50 cancellation fee up to 45 days prior to Festival opening date.
No refunds are given after 45 days prior to the festival opening date. No exceptions will be given for any reason.

Artist Application Requirements:
Submit 3 images showing examples of your artwork that you will be selling.
Accepted Artist Information:
Only accepted artists will be notified by email after we have received and reviewed application. Email will contain all information regarding booth payment as well as all rules/ guidlines while participating in the Arlington Comic Festival.
*Booth spaces are first come first pay until sold out.
Accepted Artist Fees:
8'x5' Space $125
(includes one 8' table, two chairs and 2 vendor badges)
16'x5' Space $250
(includes two 8' tables, four chairs and 4 vendor badges)
Rules/Regulations
Check-In:
Artist check-in will begin at 7am Saturday of festival.
All artists must check in before setting up.
Set Up:
Artist set up will be from 7am-11:30am
Festival Hours:
Saturday April 15, 2023, 12:00pm-6:00pm
Sunday April 16, 2023 11:00am-5:00pm
Load-Out:
Absolutely no loading out before the festival ends.
Load-out will begin at 5pm close of show Sunday. Anyone in violation of following this rule, will not be invited back to participate at Arlington Comic Festival.
Rules of festival:
All Artists must be present during show. No representatives can be sent in your place.
All work must be of the artist exhibiting.
Artists may not sell any kind of sexually explicit material. Artists may not sell material that is sexually suggestive in nature. Artists may not sell any kind of material showing partial or full nudity. Arlington Comic Fest reserves the right to remove any artist in violation from show without refund of artist fees.
Artists may only exhibit and sell work in the genre category in which they are accepted.
Absolutely no booth sharing.
Collaborating artists must explain process in application.
Sales:
Artist retains all revenue from the sale of their work.
Artist are responsible for collecting and paying all taxes. City of Arlington sales tax is 8.25%.
