    Arlington Comic Festival is a two day indoor nd outdoor comic, sci-fi, anime and fantasy festival held at the Bob Duncan Center in Arlington, Texas.

    Arlington Comic Fest brings comic fans of all genres together for this one event.

    Arlington Comic Fest will offer attendees the opportunity to see and buy from 70 artists and vendors selling everything from art, comics, collectibles, games, toys and more!

     

    2022~2023 Important Dates to Remember`

    September 7, 2022: Call to general/ retail vendors -application is available.

    Arlington Comic Fest will accept vendor applications until all booth spaces are sold out.  

    Only accepted vendors will be notified by email. Please check spam folder to make sure accepted email is not in there.  All booth spaces are sold on a first come first pay basis until sold out.  

    March 2, 2023: deadline to cancel and request a refund.


    Moya Art Events Booth Fee Refund Policy: With documented reasons for cancellation, MAE will offer refunds starting after the first day of booth purchase and up to 45 days prior to the opening day of the festival. Refunds are issued by check and will be mailed to the vendors address provided on JotForm application .

    All refund requests must be submitted by email to steve@moyaartevents.com with a brief explanation for cancelation. Full refund of booth fee less $50 cancellation fee up to 45 days prior to Festival opening date.

    No refunds are given after 45 days prior to the festival opening date. No exceptions will be given for any reason.

    Fri. 12pm-6pm

    Sat. 11am-5pm

    Accepted vendor Fees:

    8'x5' Space $175

    (includes one 8' table, two chairs and 2 vendor badges)

     

    16'x5' In-Line Space $350

    (includes two 8' tables, four chairs and 4 vendor badges)

     

    8'x10' End Cap $400

    (includes two 8' tables, four chairs and 4 vendor badges)

     

     

    Rules/Regulations

    Check-In:
    Vendor check-in will begin at 7:00am Saturday of festival.
    All vendors must check in before setting up.

    Set Up:
    Vendor set up will be from 7:00am-11:30am

    Festival Hours:

    Saturday April 15, 2023  12:00pm-6:00pm

    Sunday April 16, 2023    11:00am-5:00pm


    Load-Out:
    Absolutely no loading out before the festival ends.
    Load-out will begin at 5pm close of show Sunday. Anyone in violation of following this rule, will not be invited back to participate in Arlington Comic Festival.

    Rules of festival:

    Vendors may not sell weapons of any kind for props or otherwise.

    Vendors may not sell any kind of sexually explicit material. Vendors may not sell material that is sexually suggestive in nature. Vendors may not sell any kind of material showing partial or full nudity. Arlington Comic Fest reserves the right to remove any vendor in vioation from show without refund of vendor fees.

    Vendors may not sell any kind of food or beverages

    Absolutely no booth sharing.

    No Amplified Sound

     

    Sales:
    Retailer retains 100% of revenue from their sales.
    Retailer is responsible for collecting and paying all taxes. City of Arlington sales tax is 8.25%.
