DeVille Magazine is your one stop shop for all things kustom kulture. We strive to promote the people, places and things that add excitement and color to this world! Pinups are an essential part of this unique community. We want to showcase YOU! DeVille Magazine is now accepting submissions for pinup photos to be published throughout each issue as well as social media shares and potential "DeVille Dolls" feature spread!

We want to bring you quality content that everyone will enjoy. In order to do that, we do have some simple guidelines to follow when submitting your photos for consideration.

Please keep the following in mind when sending us your submissions:

* Photos must be previously unpublished in any other publication or social media

* Photos must be high resolution (300 dpi or better), preferably taken by a professional photographer.

* MUST include all credit information for model, photographer, hair and makeup artist, studio, etc. if applicable

* Photos must not have watermarks/logos

 

PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT SELFIES OR SCREENSHOTS!

WE CANNOT PRINT SELFIES OR SCREENSHOTS.

I hereby grant permission to DeVille Magazine to create, copy, reproduce, exhibit, publish, or distribute any photos I submit in any of their publications including print and digital magazines, social media, website, merchandise, flyers and any other lawful purposes, excluding any illegal activities. I verify by signing this form that I have the right to publish the people in the photos and own the rights to have these photos distributed, published, or otherwise promoted by DeVille Magazine.
I further understand that by granting this permission I am irrevocably giving up all rights and claims to monetary compensation for any future uses of this material by the above persons and organizations. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the aforementioned use of the photographs now or in the future. I agree to release and hold harmless DeVille Magazine from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to use of the photographs, including but not limited to any distortion, blurring, alteration,either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur in production of the finished product. Editing of photos by DeVille Magazine may include cropping and/or scaling of photos to fit layout and possible graphic wording or imaging added.
I have read this release before signing, and fully understand the contents of this release. I understand that I am to communicate any questions or concerns I may have regarding this release in writing to DeVille Magazine prior to signing, and agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.
By signing below I (copyright owner) confirm that model is at least 18 years of age. I also confirm that the photos have not been and are not in the process of being published in any other magazine or publication.
I understand that submission of photos is not a guarantee of publication. Photos will be used as they are deemed fit based on timing, deadlines, and space available.

I understand that due to the high costs of print, DeVille Magazine does not provide free copies or merchandise.

I agree to notify all involved parties of the submitted content for publication.

RELEASE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY BOTH PHOTOGRAPHER AND MODEL IN ORDER TO BE PUBLISHED!

IMPORTANT!

THE PERSON SUBMITTING PHOTOS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING ALL OTHER PARTIES INVOLVED (MODEL, PHOTOGRAPHER, ETC) SIGN AND COMPLETE THE PHOTO RELEASE FORM. IF ALL SIGNATURES ARE NOT RECEIVED, WE ARE UNABLE TO PUBLISH YOUR SUBMISSION.
