Reporting Your Claim
Contact us at (888)823-0888 to report your claim. To expedite the claim reporting process, please have the following information available:
- ACCC Policy #
- Insured Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Operator’s Driver’s License information
- Date and time of Accident
- Accident location (street/cross street)
- Police Report information
- Make and model of all vehicles involved in the accident
- Contact details of persons involved in the accident
Vehicle Damages Review
After your claim has been reported, we will need to review your vehicle damages. We have the following options available:
- Mobile App: We can send you a link via email or text that will allow you to take and send us photos of the damages for review
- Drive-In: If your vehicle is drivable, we offer the convenience of taking your vehicle to a Drive-in facility of your choice
- Vehicle Appraiser: We will schedule an inspection of the damages to your vehicle with one of our vehicle Appraisers

Rental Vehicle Information
If you have rental reimbursement coverage on your ACCC policy, we will cover the cost of a rental vehicle while your vehicle is undergoing repairs according to the terms and conditions of your policy. You may use the rental car company of your choice and for your convenience, we also partner with a national rental car provider that offers discounted rates.
