  • EVENT INFORMATION

Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve is a safe haven for many animals including endangered species. It is also surrounded by local communities and is within easy reach of the major hubs of Pretoria and Johannesburg.
The Dinokeng Voluntary rangers are vital to the running of the park and these selfless volunteers donate their time, fuel and vehicles to keep the animals and public safe as well as to run community projects and to offer vulnerable children a day in the park with conservation lessons. They receive no financial assistance – it all comes from their own pockets. In order to raise funds, please join us for a fun family day in the bush. Enjoy live entertainment, a talent competition, food and craft market, children’s play area and an outdoor cooking competition called Cooking on Coals. The event will be hosted and judged by Chris Forrest, celebrity MasterChef South Africa and Braai Boy. Groot FM will be marketing the event beforehand. Bring your whole family and help us support this worthy cause
