ESC CAP Training

TERMS AND POLICIES

Common Assessment Training is an interactive learning experience. You will have the opportunity to work in teams and perform role plays in order to practice and reinforce the skills being taught. It is imperative that all training participants fully engage in this process. By applying for this training you are agreeing to be an active participant and show respect for fellow participants and the instructors. All participants are expected to attend the full session and contribute to the learning experience.

Checking Indicates acceptance to full participation in all CAP activities

Attendance*

Checking indicates acceptance to full attendance for duration of the course. Certification is based on full attendance. Participants who withdraw after starting the course are subject to a $100 administration fee.

Training Policies and Procedures *

Checking indicates that notice of cancellation is required 1 week in advance of the workshop. Otherwise payment will be required, unless we can fill your spot. Paid spots are transferable to other participants.
