If you're experiencing any symptoms such as a fever, cough, sore throat, etc. We would be more than happy to reschedule your reservation for a time when you’re feeling better. We do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If for any reason you are experiencing any of these symptoms prior to your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
If you are vaccinated, you have the option of wearing or not wearing a mask/face covering. If you have forgotten your mask, we can provide you with one. For the time being, our staff will continue wearing masks.

CLEANING AND SANITIZING:
We are required to sanitize and disinfect all workstations and tools between appointments per state and local guidelines. We will be using disinfectants with a contact time of 30 seconds or less. The wait time is short but also ensures that the area is disinfected.
FOOD, BEVERAGE & READING MATERIALS:
Until further notice, unfortunately, we will not be offering beverages, snacks, or reading material. Please prepare accordingly. We also please ask that you do not bring in any outside food or beverages, as you are not permitted to take off your mask in the salon at any time.
We do accept cash, credit, debit, Venmo, or Zelle as an option to pay for services. Cash tips can be given directly to your Stylist or Colorist if you choose to. A select few of our staff have Venmo and/or Zelle, to easier facilitate direct tipping.
*Customer Pricing Notice: To cover the cost of credit card acceptance, we pass on a credit card charge of 3.5%. This fee is not more than our cost of accepting cards. There is no fee for debit cards.
24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order to secure your reservation, a card on file is required. It is not charged at the time you make your reservation. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, we will process the card for a $50 cancellation fee. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services, especially during this time. Reservations are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text and/or phone call. This is done because we know that it may be easy to forget a reservation booked weeks or months in advance.
Less than 24-Hour notice will result in a $50 charge to the card we have on file.
A “NO SHOW” will result in a $50 charge to the card we have on file.
This cancellation policy is in place to allow us the time to inform our guests on the waitlist of any availability, as well as keeping our team members’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
We understand that things happen and that even the professionals may get it wrong occasionally. If you are not happy with your results, please call the salon immediately to let us know. Our team will be more than happy to walk you through our redo policy.
*This courtesy is not to be confused with “changing your mind.” If your request is reasonable, we will do all that we can to fix it.
