• Mass Schedule Survey

  • Thank you for agreeing to participate in our quick survey. I’m hoping to arrange our Saturday evening/Sunday Mass schedule such that everyone who wants it will have the opportunity to attend Mass.

    Most of these questions are multiple choice, where we will ask you to choose the answer that best fits your needs or experiences. A few of them are open for you to type a response. Please provide us with as much or as little explanation as you want. Your participation in this survey is voluntary and confidential. You can skip any question you do not want to answer, or stop answering and close the window at any time.

  • Gracias por participar en nuestra breve encuesta. Espero organizar nuestro horario de misa del sábado por la noche/domingo de manera que todos los que lo deseen tengan la oportunidad de asistir a la misa.

    Thank you! Would you mind answering a few more questions about yourself so I get an idea of who is answering our survey? I want to make sure we’re hearing from a variety of groups – if only young college students who stay up until 2:00am (studying) answered, our Mass schedule might not work for retired folks who like to beat the morning rush at Denny’s.
