Thank you for your interest in the 2022 NBA All-Star Rewards Program that will be launching on August 1, 2021. The NBA All-Star Rewards Program is a way for fans to engage with local Cleveland and Cuyahoga County businesses by earning points for visiting participating locations. Business that participate in the program will be included within the NBA Events App and will be expected to promote their involvement within the business. For us to best tailor this program and maximize its impact please complete the questionnaire below. Please note that submission of a completed survey does not guarantee acceptance into, or participation in, the NBA All-Star Rewards Program.
