Do you understand that in the first year alone, your new best friend could cost between $700 to $2,000 for vet bills, vaccinations, grooming, and food? This excludes any special needs, such as dog walking, pet insurance, and daycare which can raise the cost by more than $7,000. *

Our contract requires that if you can no longer care for your puppy and need to find a new home for him/her that you must bring him/her back to us. A new, suitable home will be found by me and the sale price of the dog (minus vet expenses) will be given to you. Do you understand and agree to this?*

For the 1 year health guarantee to become valid, our contract requires that you must sign up for the 30 day Free Health Insurance provided by breeder AND take your puppy to your veterinarian within 3 business days of receiving him. You must email us the healthy puppy report or statement to suesminis@yahoo.com or text a photo of it to sue 715-210-9878 when you receive it from your veterinarian. Guarantee will remain in place following this action and others outlined in the contract. *
