    Important Updates, please read!

    Welcome to Teen Breakaway Camp! We're excited to have you join us this year. We've made some adjustments to our registration process, so please take a moment to review the updates.

    As in previous years, College Exhibitors are integral members of our Support Staff Team. Your participation includes volunteering with the ISM staff throughout the event, including setup and teardown, except during the designated booth operating times.

    As the designated point of contact for your College, you'll need to complete the form below to express your College’s interest in participating in this year’s Teen Breakaway Camp. Once we receive and review your submission, and upon acceptance, we'll notify you of your acceptance and you can then direct your attendees to the Campwise Volunteer Portal to apply.

    For all adult attendees at Breakaway Camp, a National Background Check is mandatory. Additionally, each attendee must provide both a Pastoral Reference and a Personal Reference, in addition to completing the Volunteer Application within Campwise.

    Please note, there is a non-refundable administrative fee of $200 per promoter, which includes an 8” table and chair(s) for each space provided. Any additional requirements beyond this will need approval.

    Once your attendees have successfully applied through the Volunteer portal and been approved, your designated Billing Contact will receive an invoice via the email address provided below. Please wait until all your attendees are reflected on your invoice before remitting payment.

    If you prefer to pay by credit card, please contact our office once all your promoters are listed on your invoice, and we'll send you a secure payment link. Please be aware that a 3.5% processing fee will be added for Credit Card transactions. Alternatively, payments can be made by mailing a check to:

    When sending your payment, be sure to include your most recent invoice and write “Exhibitor fee” in the memo line of the check.

  • NO WALK-IN VOLUNTEERS ALLOWED. EVERYONE MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED THROUGH OUR CAMPWISE SYSTEM.

     

  • THERE IS LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE AND THEREFORE ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL FROM OUR ISM STAFF. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR TEAM.

  • AS A REMINDER:

    1. You will direct all of your promoters to our Volunteer Application Portal. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED ON CAMPUS who has not completed this step and received confirmation of acceptance.
    2. Once your attendees have successfully applied through the Volunteer portal and been approved, your designated Billing Contact will receive an invoice via the email address provided below. Please wait until all your attendees are reflected on your invoice before remitting payment.
    3. You will likely receive an email about a "Church Code" as your organization is added to our system. You can disregard this auto-generated email, as it does not apply to Exhibitors.
