Kawerau Young Achievers Awards Nomination Form 2021

ELIGIBILITY: A Kawerau district young person up to and including secondary school level, who has, during the year 24th July 2020 – 24th June 2021 as an individual or member of a team:

GOLD AWARD: (National Events)

(i) Been selected to represent New Zealand and/or North Island in a sport, cultural or academic event.

(ii) Been in the top 3 placing in a New Zealand and/or North Island event

(iii) Attained a National award in respect of youth service or training group.

SILVER AWARD: (Regional Events)

(i) Been selected to represent Bay of Plenty or Waikato Region in a sport, cultural or academic event.

(ii) 1st placing in a Bay of Plenty, or Waikato Region event.

(iii) Attained a Regional award in respect of youth service or training group.

BRONZE AWARD: (District Events)

(i) 1st placing in an Eastern Bay of Plenty or District in a sport, cultural or academic event.

(ii) 2nd or 3rd placing in a Bay of Plenty or Waikato Region event.

(iii) Attained a District award in respect of youth service or training group.

*If it is considered that an individual or team has achieved under extraordinary circumstances, a nomination may be submitted and be considered by the Sub-committee at its discretion.
