Welcome to the Joan of Arc League of Chapters Youth Leader Training Camp Registration Page!

We are excited for you to join us at this year's event. Due to the high volume of participants at our recent events as well as the current state of the Covid-19 pandemic, there are a few requirements that must be met in order for a registrant to secure a spot on the roster. Please make note of this before submitting a form.
1. Fill out this registration form. (You are here!)
2. Health & Safety: In order to be admitted into the campsite, we require a scanned copy of either:
  1. Proof of COVID-19 full vaccination:
    
    Received both doses of Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, with the second dose being administered at least 3 weeks prior to camp’s start date OR
    
    Received one dose of Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine, with the one dose being administered at least 3 weeks prior to camp’s start date
  2. OR, Proof of a NEGATIVE PCR test result for COVID-19:
    
    With the test date being no longer than 3 days (72 hours) prior to camp’s start date
3. Due to recent changes from the VEYM Academy Headquarters (BNHTU), ALL camp participants are required to verify proof of age via a form of Government Issued ID
  1. Driver License, Passport, etc.
4. You are required to fill out TWO (2) waiver form and bring the physical copies to camp. Both of these forms will be included in your confirmation email when you submit this online form.
  1. VEYM Participant Agreement Form
  2. Woodland Christian Camp Release Form
5. Payment is required before your application is complete.
  1. You must send payment IMMEDIATELY following submission of this form.
  2. We accept PayPal (Friends&Family option only) and Zelle.
6. Status Verification Form: approval from your Chapter President and Chaplain
  1. Organizing Committee will contact Chapter President directly at a later date. Your acceptance is contingent on approval from your respective Chapter.

Online Class Requirement
Welcome to the new HYBRID Training System! This method allows us to utilize more instructor-led online classes to shorten the amount of in-person time required in a traditional training camp. Since a larger portion of classes will migrate to an online platform, attendance is MANDATORY and no make-up work will be provided. Please plan you schedule accordingly.

*A separate link to the online class will be sent out at a later date. Please be sure to check your email regularly for these important communications.
