MULTIMEDIA INFORMATION
- MP4 is the preferred filetype, adhering to the dimension and pixel specifications above. If this is unachievable, please mention this in the above textbox. For more information on resolution, scale & playback, please refer to the "Downloads" section at the bottom of this page: https://bit.ly/2EbS23W
- All media displayed on the External Screens will be played without sound; subtitles will need to be provided by supplier and formatted correctly. Foyer monitors will play without or at low volume, so may also require subtitles.
- Bookending works with credits is not required but will give context as main information is held on AFC website.
- Please refrain from letterboxing the works as to allow full use of the screen area.
- Please provide titles which include the artist(s)/group and work title at both beginning and end of the file, no matter how minimal.
- The Interior Main Screen displays creative content from 09:00 am until 6:00 pm each day, at which time it changes to reflect the AFC programming of that evening. External screen playback primarily occupies the Southern screen and will play continuously throughout the day.
- Media may be submitted through a preferred online sharing platform, or a USB delivered to the Adelaide Festival Centre at the supplier's expense. Please note: USB drives or any other physical media are non-returnable.
CONTENT AGREEMENT
I, the Artist(s)/Director:
- Give consent for the content described herein to be screened and know it is intended for display in a public space, and is equivalent to a ‘G’ rating.
- Understand that the Adelaide Festival Centre Trust reserves the right to reject material that is deemed unacceptable or inappropriate for public exhibition in terms of quality, format type or content
- Have all the permissions, rights or licenses required by law to publicly exhibit this content
- Agree to indemnify and release AFCT from and against all claims, demands, actions, costs, losses and expenses whatsoever (“Claims”) which may be incurred directly or indirectly by reason of or in relation to the display of material or content provided by me or my employees or agents to AFCT.
