The purpose of this form is for the selection and approval of Canadian Buyers interested in attending the show within the hosted Buyers program. Details below:

1. Host Milano would like to offer to the approved buyers:
- Flight (economy class or low cost) booked through Fiera Milano travel agency
- Hotel accommodation for 4 nights for Canada/USA (IN 12-OUT 16) and 3 nights for UK (IN 12-OUT15) buyers in a 4*hotel (DUS Room - double room for single use with breakfast included)
- Transfer from the hotel to the fairground in the morning and back in the evening
- VIP Buyer badge for the entrance to the fair
- Access to the VIP Buyers Lounge with free wi-fi
- Breakfast, Lunch & snacks at Fiera Milano in the Buyers Lounge 
Every extra aside from what is mentioned above will be at the buyer’s expense (travel insurance, extra nights of accommodation, accompanying guests, transfers from and to the airport and any transfer different from the one mentioned above, lunches out of the Buyers Lounge, and so on).

2. Commitment requested of the buyers
The buyers who want to join the Buyers Program are requested to:
- Stay in Milan for a minimum of 4 nights for Canadian/US buyers and 3 nights for UK buyers
- Register online on the MyMatching Platform
- Agree to the cancellation policy*
- Schedule a minimum of 6 (six) appointments a day through the agenda on the MyMatching Platform
- Obtain and demonstrate at the end of the Fair exhibitor appointment attendance confirmation
- Be at the exhibition venue for the whole of the requested time (9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.)
- Take care of their own transfers from and to the airport
- Take care of their own dinner arrangments
- Buyers can leave the fairground before the 6:30 p.m. to catch their return flight.

3. Accompanying person
For accompanying guests the show does not cover the hospitality but offers travel agency assistance with flight bookings. Only in case of qualified business guest, the show can offer bus transfer and access to the Buyers' Lounge in exchange for the registration in the online platform and some activity with meetings at the show.

*Cancellation Policy: Once flight and hotel arrangements have been secured, it is expected that you will be at the event and if you are not, the credit card will be charged for the flight and hotel expenses that can’t be recouped.
