NJCAA Championship Bid

Thank you for your interest in hosting an NJCAA Championship. The following online bid form asks for all relative information regarding hosting this specific event. Please note that this form is rather long and can take a bit of time to complete. Should you begin to fill out the form and need to finish it later, you can exit the form and your responses will be saved (with the exception of attachments uploaded) as long as you return to the form using the same computer and web browser (this depends on your web browser settings and storage capacity).

Potential HOST agrees and acknowledges that they have read and reviewed the NJCAA Championship Host Manual & Requirements as well as the NJCAA DI Men's Soccer Championship Host Requirements and will comply follow all guidelines and requirements outlined in these documents.

*Bid guarantee includes NJCAA chair and sports rep. In the event that these representatives do not attend, the guarantee would decrease by $2,400.

HOST agrees that it will provide the general requirements of FACILITIES outlined in the NJCAA Championship Host Manual & Requirements (Press Box, Scoreboards, Public Address System, Hospitality Room, Parking, Athletic Training Facilities, Inclement Weather / Lightening Detection)

HOST agrees the following facility requirements for DI Men's Soccer:
  
- ADA Compliant
- No tobacco use at NJCAA event
- Public Address and Sound System
- Athletic Training Facilities
- Hospitality room for coaches, officials and VIPs
- Appropriate lighting for outdoor sports that meets NCAA standards
- Press Box / Table area (dedicated covered area for scoreboard operator, statistician, media, etc.)
- Concessions and Souvenir sales area
- Ticket Office / Gate Entry
- Stadium-style facility with playing surface of natural grass or sport turf is required that must measure at least 110 yards by 70 yards.
- Artificial turf fields must be a rubber infill surface, consistent with current FIFA approved fields.
- Game clock / scoreboard must be visible from the field of play.
- Minimum seating capacity of 750
- Three (3) locker rooms complete with showers for teams
- NISOA approved officials
- Separate and secure locker room for officials (one per gender)
- Dedicated hard wire internet and access to power for NJCAA Network broadcasting

-Dedicated covered and secured from elements facilility for NJCAA Network broadcasting 
- Designated seating area for teams/competitors when not playing
- Designated warm up area for teams....dedicated practice field at/near the venue preferred
- Designated practice time for participating teams for two days preceding the tournament.

All NJCAA Championship Hosts must adhere and follow all policies of the NJCAA Style Guides, as well as what is outlined in the NJCAA Championship Host Manual & Requirements. The official championship logo will be provided by the NJCAA. No alternate logos may be used without prior approval.

HOST agrees that it is responsible for providing knowledgeable staff to record official statistics for the entire championship. Statistics are to be recorded for each game/event of the championship and provided to the NJCAA immediately following the conclusion of each contest/round of competition. The name(s) and contact information for the individual(s) keeping statistics for the event must be provided to the NJCAA at least thirty days prior to the start of the event.

HOST of the DI Men's Soccer Championship is required to record game statistics via PrestoSports Stat Entry, live StatCrew entry via PrestoSports, or another live scoring method approved by the NJCAA National Office. The XML files for each game are to be sent to the NJCAA following the conclusion of each game. PrestoSports Stat Entry is available to all tournament hosts of these sports at no cost.
