  • HOST agrees to operate the NJCAA Division II Men"s Golf Championship on the following dates:

  • NOTE: Dates include two days of practice rounds at the beginning of the championship. below dates from the NJCAA.*
  • OFFICIAL VISIT
  • Prospective HOST agrees that if selected by the NJCAA Championship Events Committee for an official site visit that HOST will provide travel, lodging and meal expenses for a representative of the NJCAA for the duration of the visit.*

  • *Bid guarantee includes NJCAA chair and sports rep. In the event that these representatives do not attend, the guarantee would decrease by $1,800.

  • HOST agrees that it will provide the applicable general requirements of FACILITIES outlined in the NJCAA Championship Host Manual & Requirements ( Press Box, Scoreboards, Public Address System, Hospitality Room, Parking, Athletic Training Facilities, Inclement Weather / Lightening Detection)*

  • Host agrees to the following hotel requirements for DII Men"s Golf : - 140 double room block - Complimentary breakfast - Complimentary wi-fi - Complimentary parking - Hotel rate not to exceed current U.S. GSA Rate*

  • HOST agrees the following facility requirements for the DII Men's Golf : - ADA Compliant - No tobacco use at NJCAA event - Public Address System - Athletic Training Facilities - Hospitality room for coaches, officials and VIPs - 18 hole course(s) with minimum playing length of 6,700 yards on championship tees ( preferred not required). - Course(s) must be able to withstand two full practice rounds and four days of competition. - Course(s) must be compliant with USGA standards. - A practice facility that accommodates at minimum 75 players at once, allowing for driving, long iron, short iron, chipping, sand game and putting. - Golf carts are to be provided for staff, officials and coaches (only when their team or individual is competing). - Scoring tent or press box/room with wi-fi or hard-wired internet - Concessions and Souvenir sales area - Locker room for Coaches and players - Designated seating area for teams/competitors when not playing-
  • OFFICIALS
  • HOST and the Chair of the NJCAA Golf Committee will be responsible for securing the services of all necessary officials and committee members to satisfactorily conduct the tournament, as determined by the NJCAA Committee on Golf. This includes the use of local citizens and coaches of participants. For DII Men’s Golf, it is required for the HOST to provide a minimum of two (2) on site USGA trained rules officials for NJCAA approval.*
  • CHAMPIONSHIP BANQUET
  • A tournament banquet is optional but recommended . Do you plan on having a tournament banquet for teams / participants of the championship event?*
  • NJCAA BRAND STANDARDS & LOGO USE
  • HOST agrees that it will adhere and follow all policies of the NJCAA Logo Use & Style Guide , the NJCAA Name & Text Style Guide as well as what is outlined in the NJCAA Championship Host Manual & Requirements ( Identity, Championship Specific Logos)

  • MERCHANDISE / CONCESSIONS
  • SPONSORS / ADVERTISING
  • HOST agrees that it will adhere and follow all policies regarding SPONSORS / ADVERTISING as outlined in the NJCAA Championship Host Manual & Requirements ( NJCAA Sponsors, Local Sponsors / Advertising / Inventory)*
  • MARKETING
  • HOST agrees that it will adhere and follow all policies regarding MARKETING ITEMS as outlined in the NJCAA Championship Host Manual & Requirements ( Championship Program, Banners / PA Announcements)*
  • STATISTICS / RESULTS
  • HOST agrees that it is responsible for providing knowledgeable staff to record official statistics for the entire championship. Statistics are to be recorded for each game/event of the championship and distributed/reported to the general public and NJCAA immediately following the conclusion of each contest/round of competition.

    HOSTS of Division II Men's Golf Championship is required to record required and distribute/report daily and FINAL results to the NJCAA in these formats (GolfStat preferred) – Individual Results / Team Results

  • HOST agrees to the recording and reporting of statistics/results as outlined above? **
  • PHOTOGRAPHY
  • HOST agrees to provide an official photographer to take photographs during the entirety of the event . The name and contact information for the photographer must be provided to the NJCAA at least thirty days to the start of the event. For head-to-head sports, photographers will be required to provide 3-5 images to the National Office immediately following each contest.  All remaining pictures should be provided immediately after the conclusion of each day of competition. For non-head-to-head sports, photographers will be required to provide all photos to the National Office immediately after the conclusion of each day of competition.  Photographers will be required to provide all photographs taken at the event to the NJCAA free of charge for use on the NJCAA website, publications and promotional materials.*
  • BROADCAST POLICIES
     
  • All broadcasting rights(radio/tv/internet) of NJCAA Championship Events are exclusive to the NJCAA and the NJCAA will have final authority over all broadcasts. **
