Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. The Wisconsin Medical Society (WisMed) seeks to better understand the discriminations and barriers that prevent physicians and trainees in Wisconsin from reaching their full potential and greatest possible professional fulfillment. Your input is hugely valuable to us as we work to make WisMed and our profession more just, equitable, diverse, inclusive and welcoming for all.
We want to know:
Whether members and nonmembers face discrimination, both in their interactions with WisMed and in the profession of medicine, and what kind of discrimination they face. Whether respondents feel supported by WisMed, and relatedly, whether respondents feel they have access to mentorship through WisMed. Whether respondents feel represented in WisMed. Suggestions for how WisMed can do better. The demographics of WisMed membership.
Feel free to answer as many or as few questions as you feel comfortable. Your responses are anonymous.
A full report will be made available once the survey is completed and analyzed. Thank you again for your help and participation.
