Pricing / Term

OrangeCrate's Marketing Fee is equal to seven percent (7%) of the pre-tax subtotal for each pick-up order, and is paid for by the consumer. Credit card processing fee is billed to the consumer, equal to our cost of 3% plus $0.25 per transaction, for all card types. Set-up fee(s): None. Term: The Agreement may be cancelled by either party for any reason (or no reason) upon seven (7) seven days prior written notice to the other party.

Marketing Channels

OrangeCrate partners with multiple channels to push more orders to our restaurant partners, at no additional cost to you. These include Google AdWords, Google Blue Bar (GFO), BringMeThat, TripAdvisor, Zuppler, etc., and will have the same commission rate applied to each order. Restaurant will be required to accept orders from any additional channel. We reserve the right to adjust commissions to cover any costs incurred by a marketing channel, but the restaurant will not be liable for those costs.
