But just really quickly, here's how my journey has been so far....
Four years ago I decided to take a gap year after graduating uni and move to Brisbane for a couple of years. Shortly after I moved, I met my amazing partner and my family grew instantly! Like, literally😆 My partner already had three kids, so at the age of 22 I done some growing up real quick.
Eventually came our son, Paraima. Becoming a mum meant maternity leave. And I was actually working in a distribution factory from 3:30am - 11am (ish). As I grew up a little more over that short time, I started realising that wasn't where/what I wanted to go back too after my maternity leave. I did anyways because that was the first option, but instead worked 8am - 4pm. That was hard on my poor baby as he was still in the nursery, which meant he was picking up every single bug!!
I still wanted to be making money, and attempted my own photography business which was short lived as I had NO IDEA how to run a business. AND THEN.... and then came Scentsy!! Literally OUT OF NOWEHERE!!!
First I saw sales posts about "Mystery Bags" but I was hesitant to buy because I had NO IDEA what Scentsy was. So I followed for a bit anyways, and then I saw the business idea pop up a few times. And of course I was intrigued 😆 After doing my research on this, I quickly jumped at the opportunity to start my very own Scentsy business!!
1. I wanted to make money from home and work around my kid
2. I wanted to actually learn how to run a proper business (but I couldn't do that without actually running a business.. you know, the learn as you go ones)
3. I want to set it up really good so it begins to COMPLETELY provide us with financial freedom
