Family Support Group- To provide opportunities for caregivers, families and individuals to share experiences, successes, concerns, challenges, and stories as a family with the individual they support.
Caregiver/Parent Support Group- Meet as parents/caregivers to share experiences, successes, concerns, challenges, and stories.
Adult Saturday Community Access/Recreation Group- To develop opportunities for community engagement for individuals and their families and caregivers in community events and experiences.
Kids Saturday Community Access/Recreation - To develop opportunities for community engagement for children and their families/caregivers in community events and experiences. Themes would include life skills, setting goals. making positive choices, safety in the community, etc.
Speaker Series Group – Opportunities to have speakers attend meetings and offer their expertise around specific topics that affect the individuals and families in the disability community
Disability/Age Specific Group – Specific groups to explore issues arising from diagnosis and/or age specific issues in the disability community
Healthy Relationships Group - Groups for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to discuss safe dating, protection, sexual abuse and mistakes, and the facts of life.
Rainbow Support Group - The Rainbow Support Group provides support and information to individuals with intellectual and developmental challenges who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, trans-gendered, cross-dressers or questioning their sexuality. Meetings give you the chance to talk about your sexual interests with other people who are trying to be understood as well.
Self-Advocacy Support Group- Self-advocacy support group is for people 16 years of age or older who want to receive support and are interested in understanding their rights and responsibilities.
Kids Weekday Activities - After school activities would include cooking, social and age appropriate skills, tween groups, teen groups, girls group, and gross motor group.
