THE BASICS:
Travel Rate: $135 per hour, booked in 30-minute increments from our shop in Seattle to your location.
Technician Rate: $135 per hour for both on-site and in-house, billed in 15-minute increments.
Diagnosis Fee: $135 for all in-shop repairs - which covers the technician's time for your machine’s diagnosis. This fee will be applied towards your final cost of service.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Step 2: Our team contacts you via email to confirm repair details
Step 3 (field service): We dispatch a technician to your site
Step 3 (in-house): You schedule a time with our team to bring in your equipment
Step 4: We complete repairs and update you on additional repairs or costs in excess of initial $135 fee.

Estimates: After the diagnosis, we will prepare a detailed estimate outlining the diagnosed issues, recommended solutions, parts needed, estimated time for out-of-stock parts to arrive, labor time, and the total cost of your service. We will contact you to discuss the estimate and obtain your approval before proceeding with any work.
Parts: It is common for your equipment to need unique parts that we may not have in stock. Typically turnaround time for parts is 2 weeks, but can be much longer depending on availability.
