Dear Artist,

Below is our Factcheck Confirmation Form for Studio Visit Magazine.

Please refer to your pages within the draft PDF and double check all your text information before we bring the publication to print, signing off on your pages via this form.

THIS IS NOT AN OPPORTUNITY TO CHECK YOUR IMAGES. Image integrity is the job of our Design Department via calibration with our Printer.

*Reminder: At this point in production, we cannot change the Published Name of any artist (spelling edits only*), and we also cannot accept new image files unless we have specifically requested them from you.

Please follow the directions carefully:

1. Bio Info/Statement

-Each detail has a required drop-down menu which has two-three options:

-Choose one of the three options, and fill in the blank box to the corresponding section with your edited text. If you're choosing from the drop down menu for a section of information you originally omitted, choose Confirm Original Info.

2. Image Info

-Each Image Section has a required drop-down menu which has three options:

-Choose one of the three options in each drop-down menu and fill in the blank box to the corresponding section where you'd like to make a text edit.

Choose NOT APPLICABLE for the drop down menus related to any image number beyond your page(s) i.e. if you purchased a One Page Spread, choose N/A for Image 2, 3 and 4 drop-down menus.
