*All inspections after the first year are unannounced. The auditing firm requires a schedule of shutdowns in order to conduct inspections when plants are operating. All unscheduled shutdowns shall be reported to both the ACPA and the auditing firm to avoid unnecessary fees.
Per QCast requirements for initial certifications it is required for the plants to submit their quality manual and 2-month records of documentation following QCast. If you have those available, please attach them below. If you wish to submit these later please email them to qcast@concretepipe.org
