Trustee Scholarship PCOM-South Georgia Application

$ 5,000 will be awarded to a South Georgia student who has completed a minimum education of a bachelor's degree AND has been accepted or currently enrolled at Philadelphia College of Medicine, South Georgia Campus.
Applicant must Submit:
- essay telling about yourself and future plans
- Copy of College Transcript
- 2-3 letters of reference from the following sources: Education, Community or Healthcare
- Letter of acceptance from PCOM South Georgia
