11:00am - 12:00pm (Social Skill Building)

12:00pm - 1:00pm (Wild n Out(side))

1:00pm - 2:00pm (Arts & Chew)

2:00pm - 3:00pm (Science/Tech Activity)

3:00pm - 4:00pm (Math Activity)

Refreshments will be available throughout the day. Packed lunches are welcomed during Chew time.

Are there any goals or concerns that Ivy League Academics should be aware of (i.e. learning disabilities, allergies, dietary restrictions, failing grade, retention loss, poor study skills etc.)? If yes, please address.
Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Ivy League Academics during the selected summer session. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by Ivy League Academics, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Ivy League Academics, and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected summer session.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against Ivy League Academics including all educators and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event.
