This is a FIRST COME– FIRST SERVED POLICY
Workshops are held in the Annex, unless otherwise noted. Class starts at 9:30 with doors opening at 9:15 AM. The workshop fee must be paid to complete your registration. Submit your payment to Rebecca's Reel Quilters.
Check your calendar prior to enrolling in a class. Your seat in the class is not ensured until we have your check. There are NO Postdated Checks; checks are made payable to Rebecca’s Reel Quilters and dated the same date as this form, NOT the date of the class.
Full payment is required at least two weeks before the workshop. A copy of the supply list will be sent to your email address only after payment. IMPORTANT- Until your check is received, you will be viewed as “Interested”- If another member comes after you, but is paid prior to you, that member is given priority. It is your responsibility to ensure that your check is received by the registrar.
CANCELLATION BY STUDENT: Professional Teachers are booked months in advance and at a considerable expense for the Guild. Please check your calendar before signing up for a workshop. REFUNDS only if a substitute is found to take your place in the workshop. Emergencies happen and if you notify us in enough time, we will assist you in making every attempt to find a substitute for you. If a replacement is not found, then no refund will be issued.
There is to be no “auditing” of workshops. The Annex is closed to anyone but registered students on workshop Saturdays. Guests and children are not permitted to sit in on workshops.
If a workshop is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund. Please register early to ensure that minimum enrollment numbers are met so that a workshop you want isn't cancelled before you sign up.
Photographs may be taken at the event to illustrate the technique. If you do not want to be included, please alert the photographer.
