Permit Application (General Species)

Use this form to apply for a Permit Authorisation under Wildcare Australia Inc. for Birds, Possums, Gliders, Macropods, Bandicoots/Small Mammals, Lizards, Frogs, Freshwater Turtles and Snakes (non-venomous only). Note: For Wildcare members only.
Before completing your Permit Application, please note that you will need the following information ready:

Details of your equipment and facilities for the species you wish to apply for a Permit for. Make a note of these before starting the Application.

Photos of your facilities - in particular cages, aviaries, enclosures etc. Even if this is a renewal request, you will still need to upload photos.
