Permit Application (Specialised Species)

Use this form to apply for a Permit Authorisation under Wildcare Australia Inc. for Koalas, Echidnas, Bats, Greater Gliders, Yellow-bellied Gliders, Raptors and Snakes (venomous). Note: For Wildcare members only.
NOTE: Please do not request a Permit for a specialised species if you are only rescuing them or providing immediate care (i.e. care for just a few hours until they are transferred to a wildlife hospital or appropriately licensed carer) Specialised Permits will only be considered for members who have full facilities to rehabilitate them short to long term.

Before completing your Permit Application, please note that you will need the following information ready:

Details of your equipment and facilities for the species you wish to apply for a Permit for. Make a note of these before starting the Application.

Photos of your facilities - in particular cages, aviaries, enclosures etc. Even if this is a renewal request, you will still need to upload photos.

Please provide a detailed description of all rehabilitation facilities including approximate sizes of enclosures/aviaries. If you are applying for a koala RESCUE permit, please include details of your rescue equipment. *
