  • It is understood that:

    1. The tenant is reposnible for all repairs and cleaing to restore the above premises to move-in condition (after accounting for normal wear and tear)
    2. The security deposit may not be used towards the last month's rent.
    3. All apartment keys (including the two keys given, along with any other copies made), mailbox keys, garage door opener, and garage door code must be given to Landlord's Agent upon move-out.
    4. Rent is still owed by tenant up until the ending date of the lease. Rent will not be prorated if you leave prior to the end of the month.
  • The day of move-out, or prior to, both parties (Tenant(s) and Landlord's Agent) will walk through the apartment to perform the move-out inspection. The time for this will be determined after, this form has been submitted to the Landlord's Agent. Utilities are to remain in the Tenant(s) name until the termination date of the lease agreeement. 

    Tenant agrees to arrange for all of the utilities to be TURNED-OFF upon move-out. If the Lanldord would like to transfer the accounts to their name they should inform the tenant as soon as possible.
