The Turkey Mountain Haunted Trail is a WSA Community Engagement and Outreach activity that began in 2020.
This year's event is planned for:
October Friday, Oct 21 thru Saturday, Oct 29
Choose your shift. Dates friendly to the soccer schedule for games & training. Slight scheduling and rescheduling adjustments and your team can make it happen!
SHIFT A: Oct 21 FRI, 24 MON, 27 THUR
SHIFT B: Oct 22 SAT, 25 TUES, 28 FRI
SHIFT C: Oct 23 SUN, 26 WED, 29 SAT
Each night the event will run approximately 6-10 PM. Set up and prep each night begins proximate to 5 PM.
This application is due as soon as possible. The ealier applications have better chances of being selected by the Committee for Fear.
If your application is selected then the Commitee for Fear will request an interview with your team leader.
Timeline Proximate - expect more details once you apply:
Oct 18 and/or 19 and/or 20 - Work Night at the Trail w/ Food & Beverages
* Your team works one of these nights or two if needed.
Oct 20 - Dress Rehearsal
Oct 21-29 - Haunted Trail Tours / Fall Festival Celebrations w/ Zombies & such
* Your team works 3 of these nights in Shift A, B, or C (see above)

RECOMMENDATION FROM COMMITTE OF FEAR:
Pair up with another WSA Team and create ONE SCARE STATION then share the dates and times between the two teams. Or even find 3 teams to work together.
