Arrival Date: 2nd March 2024
Term 1: 4th March - 25th May
Term 2: 10th June - 30th August
Term 3: 16th September - 7th December
Graduation: 7th December 2024
Application Deadline
All applications must be received in full by 31st January 2024
Personal Travel Documents
All students coming from outside Uganda must have legal immigration documents allowing them to stay in Uganda for the duration of the SBS, such as a valid Ugandan visa, East Africa residence card, Refugee card, etc. Students arriving without legal immigration documents will be sent back to get the proper documents.
Any student hoping to travel outside Uganda for outreach, for example to South Sudan or Central Africa Republic, will be responsible for the cost of obtaining his or her own travel documents (e.g. passport or temporary travel permit). If you do not have these documents, you will not be able to go on outreach outside of Uganda.
Fees
The following school fees apply per term and must be paid on arrival or prior to the commencement of each term. If you will having any difficulty in achieving this, please contact the school leader to discuss. Failure to pay complete school fees may mean you are unable to go on outreach and complete the school.
C-Nations (e.g. Africa): $300
B-Nations (e.g. South Africa, South America): $450
A-Nations (e.g. USA, Canada, Europe): $600
Students who are planning to bring their children with them will need to contribute to their feeding (10,000 UGX per day) and the cost of a babysitter if required (60,000 UGX for the duration of lecture phase).
