Once groups are made it is very difficult to switch as T-shirts have been ordered and lists are all printed early June. I, the undersigned, acknowledge that the participation in Dance or sports involves strenuous physical activity. Dance Fitazzet, Sheryl Irwin, Jacklyn Irwin, instructors, assistants/volunteers and guest teachers will not be held responsible for any loss, damages, injury or accident, however caused. I further agree to release all claims or damages which may arise as a result of participation in Dance Fitazzet Summer Dance/Sports Camp or use of studios 1,2 or 3, including the surrounding yard, parking lot and playground.

Early Drop off and late Pick up are available at a cost of $5.00 per day, per child. Please check off below any day/days that are required. Payment to be made on first day of camp for required early drop off/late pick up days.
7:30am earliest and 5:00pm latest
Registrations will be taken on a first come, first received basis. Once each camp is full, we will place additional requests on a wait list.

Cost: $265.00 per week. Includes HST, a camp T shirt as well as one morning and one afternoon pre packaged snack. Campers will be required to bring their own lunch and water bottles.

Payment options:

$100.00 Non Refundable Deposit due at registration (per child per week) to hold their spot and balance of $165.00 due on/before July 1st, 2026. Payment by cash/cheque payable to Dance Fitazzet or etransfer to villageview@kos.net
