REQUIRED PROCESS
1. COMPLETED NEW TENANT APPLICATION, FEES, PROOF OF INCOME & ID.
2. PROOF OF INCOME: All Tenants must submit their current proof of income to deborah@palomarps.com
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT LETTER: A written agreement between all Tenants (new, remaining & vacating) outlining the how the security deposit that will be remaining with the property will be handled. Must be signed by all parites.
4. LEASE ADDENDUM: Once approved, an addendum will be drafted and sent our for signautres.
5. INSURANCE: All tenants will be required to have renter's insurance in their name with Palomar Property Services listed as "additionally insured" to include the new address and an email a PDF to deborah@palomarps.com
6. TENANT CHANGE FEE: Per the lease agreement, the $250 tenant swap fee will be charged to your tenant portal.
