Double Z Cowboy Corral Horse Day Camp

Come learn about raising and riding horses, cowboy-style that is!!
The camp will start at 1pm and end at 5pm with an optional farm tour and cowboy/cowgirl dinner with grilled burgers and hot dogs.

What will you learn during camp?

How to be safe around a horse

How to groom a horse

What do horses eat

How to tell the age of a horse by their teeth

How to do a physical exam on a horse

What to do if my horse gets sick

How to bandage a horse's leg

How to saddle up your horse and ride the dusty trails

YEEHAW!!

*We encourage everyone to wear some type of boots (no open toe shoes definitely)

*We will provide each rider with a helmet.
