  • The basic overview of our Terms and Conditions are as follows:


    Trial Contract Periods - run for three months to help evaluate the correct package level required for your ongoing service.
    Ongoing Contracts & Cancellation - we know you'll love being with us so we won't try and make you stay. Ongoing service is provided on a calendar month to month basis. All that is required is 30 days notice in writing to finalise your service at any time.
    Lead Packages - your start up level will be selected by you; and if at any time there is an opportunity to up-grade and achieve more leads a consultant will contact you directly. Account downgrades are also available, simply requiring 30 days’ notice. No adjustments are made without written confirmation.
    Email lead management - whilst care will be taken, please note that the receipt, review and management of all lead emails will remain the responsibility of the client as it is not possible for us to know the operational state of addresses supplied. To assist with this we will send an automated report once a month to confirm number and type of leads captured.
    Service & Payment options - activated "chat" services appear on your website from the 1st of each month and remain active if all accounts are PAID up to date. Payments are made in advance for the month’s services and are based on the terms of this agreement. If accounts are not up to date the chat widget converts to a "help" only (email) tab until payment is received.
