Ventilation Consent

An effective ventilation system is an essential part of any home. Ventilation allows air to flow between the inside and outside of a property, providing fresh air.

Extractor fans are most commonly found in bathrooms and kitchens. They draw the air outside to the inside, reducing the chance of condensation due to cooking and bathing/showering

Where there's condensation, you'll begin to find mould which could lead to dampness in the walls themselves and put your health at risk if mould spores and allergens build up.

Extract fans are a good way to ensure you're getting clean air circulation without feeling the cold, and without losing warmth in your house

A trickle vent is the horizontal covered opening that usually sits at the top of a window frame. Its purpose is to let fresh air 'trickle' in and move stale air out of your home without having to open windows. Most trickle vents are adjustable and work by opening and closing the cover on the vent.
